Cancellation and Refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

User Conduct

Users agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions with tutors and staff. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
