Sessions take place through our secure video platform. You'll receive a link before each session, and your tutor will guide you through interactive lessons using screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and other collaborative tools.
Can I change my tutor if needed?
Absolutely. While we carefully match students with tutors, we understand that learning styles vary. If you feel a different tutor would better suit your needs, we're happy to arrange a switch at no additional cost.
What equipment do I need?
You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. For music lessons, you'll also need your instrument. We recommend using headphones for better audio quality.
Can I reschedule sessions?
Yes, we offer flexible rescheduling. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule without penalty. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
