At Quebnrex, we are committed to providing high-quality online tutoring services. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for our tutoring packages. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be fair and flexible while maintaining the sustainability of our tutoring services.

Cancellation Policy

Session Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule individual tutoring sessions with the following notice requirements:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full credit for that session, which can be rescheduled at your convenience. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled subject to tutor availability, but no refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session with no refund or rescheduling option.

Package Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your tutoring package entirely, the following terms apply:

Cancellations within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have been used will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. After 7 days or after any sessions have been used, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for unused sessions, minus a 20 percent administrative fee. No refunds are available after 50 percent or more of the package sessions have been completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:

Technical issues on our platform that prevent you from attending sessions and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Serious dissatisfaction with tutor quality, provided you have notified us of concerns and given us the opportunity to assign a different tutor. Significant life events or emergencies that prevent you from continuing with tutoring services, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available for: changes in personal schedule or availability, dissatisfaction based on lack of effort or engagement on your part, or failure to attend sessions without proper notice.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@quebnrex.world or call +353 87 495 3496 with your account information and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our tutoring services. If you are not satisfied with your first session, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concerns. This may include assigning a different tutor, adjusting the curriculum, or providing a credit for an additional session at no charge.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that a tutor needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the following options: reschedule the session at a time convenient for you, assign a different qualified tutor for the same time slot, or receive a full credit for that session to be used at your discretion.

If we are unable to provide suitable alternative arrangements, you will receive a full refund for the affected session.

Package Transfers

Tutoring packages are non-transferable to other individuals. However, in exceptional circumstances such as a gift recipient being unable to use the package, we may allow a one-time transfer to another person at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss such situations.

Subscription Services

For monthly subscription packages, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your remaining sessions for that period. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you may continue to use your allocated sessions until the end of the billing cycle.

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to tutoring services until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can address any billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Session Expiration

Prepaid tutoring sessions must be used within the timeframe specified in your package terms, typically 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions that expire will not be refunded or extended except in extraordinary circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent us from delivering tutoring services, we will work with you to reschedule sessions or provide appropriate credits. Refunds in such circumstances will be evaluated based on the specific situation and duration of the interruption.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Purchases made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
